Our Founder
Titus Allooloo is a former territorial-level politician from Nunavut. He served as a member and cabinet minister of the Northwest Territories Legislature through two terms from 1987 until 1995, as well as Minister of Renewable Resources, Education, Transportation, Forestry and Fisheries. A strong defender of the North, Titus also served as a patrol commander in the Canadian Rangers, where he trained numerous US and Canadian military units and personnel in the rigours of Arctic survival operations.
